You’ve heard it all before. You know how important movement is to a healthy mind and body. If you found this website, then you’re already the type of person who doesn’t need convincing.
But you’re stuck. Maybe it’s an injury or recent surgery. Maybe it’s a fear of age or a medical diagnosis. Sometimes it’s just plain old uncertainty of what type of exercise to do.
Somewhere there’s a fear of movement keeping you from engaging fully.
So you avoid, procrastinate, look for answers in all the wrong places. Maybe if you wait long enough it will go away. Or maybe you need to see a doctor? But that is such a hassle. So you put it off a little longer.
